Cintas Corporation, a respected American business services organization and Fortune 500 company, had just created a new, workforce shirt & pant material that gave teams MORE AIR, MORE GIVE, and MORE FLEXIBILITY. Cintas wanted a breakthrough campaign to reach business owners and to GIVE MORE FLEX for their workforce.

After gaining great insights from the Cintas sales team, and speaking with over 13 of their trusted and respected clients,the strategy became MORE clear. We needed to create a TRUE CHARACTER for the product. It was important to tell the STORY of MORE FLEX. Breaking through the clutter with a 3-D mailer, and SOCIAL content is how we would connect.

results

Creating a 3-dimensional “FLEX MORE” toy character, much like a “Stretch Armstrong” toy, designed in a unique, toy  package, broke the mold of regular direct mail, and found its way to the desks of our audience. 65% of customers CINTAS connected to with Social & DIrect Mail, made a purchase as a result of the campaign. FLEX began showing up in client posts everywhere.
